I shall always make myself available for general communications as much as possible. If I am not able to talk to you immediately, if you send an e-mail or leave a phone message I will reply within 24 hours
I shall always treat communications or information shared by a client with the utmost confidentiality - nothing will be shared with others unless permission is given. I am happy to sign most non-disclosure agreements if requested
